Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. When I walked into the salon, I was not greeted or even acknowledged. The owner just looked up, saw me, and continued working on what he was doing. I had to approach him and ask questions. However, he did not even let me talk and explain what I wanted on my hair. He just looked at me, and with a very cold, condescending tone said: “No”. I thought the was kidding and looked at him confused, he then said “I can’t do what you want on your hair”. Great service!! Such a nice staff as well they all made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I loved my hair results felt nice and silky it looks amazing! Totally going back.
