I cannot recommend Dr. McMahon enough. He extracted my 8-year-old son’s tooth, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care provided by Dr. Wayne Osaki. His lack of professionalism and disregard for patient well-being were evident throughout my treatment.On March 21, 2023, Dr. Osaki performed reconstructive surgery on my orbital bone despite the presence of a low-grade infection that he failed to disclose. I am lucky to discover an orthodontist like Dr. Eric Chen who's not only good at what he does but has the right attitude and professionalism in dealing with his patients. My orthodontic treatment went well and he made sure to address all of my concerns and answered every question with satisfying details. I have since been recommending him to family and friends who need dental and orthodontic services as I am confident he will take good care of them.
My experience with Dr. Chen was great. I took of my 2 kids and they came out with amazing smiles. He is very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful as well as the staff members. My kids said they love Mr. Chen and I can highly recommend him.
I went to Dr. Chen after a friend had referred me and it was such a positive experience. He's very kind and is great and explaining the process and options. It was my first experience with braces and I felt reassured each step of the way. I'm love my smile so much and would definitely refer him to family and friends.
