I lived at the Mayflower for 1 year from 2016 to 2017. The rent was $1365.00 per month for a two bedroom but the total was usually close $1500.00 per month with fees included. The staff is nice and they are trying hard. However, the apartment building is older and the owners have not kept up with adequate maintenance.
