RecommendedRandy was the sales guy very nice to work with. We finally picked up our RV today!!! Totally love it. Tommy took us through the operation procedure. We Went by there to purchase an RV. Was told they were switching sales manager and would call me back with some “numbers “ since no one there could answer questions. Waited two days and called Michael back to try to get some numbers ...2 hours later I get an alert that a hard inquiry went on my credit report . I immediately called and was told there was a mix up and they didn’t mean to run my credit ... I was clearly told until I received a call ,my credit would not be pulled . LIARS!!! Bought a Stryker Toy Hauler from Mayflower RV last spring. The sales and service departments are awesome! Warranty work (minor repairs) has been fast and easy. These folks go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, the first time! Thanks to Matt, Chris, Sam and the rest of the Mayflower staff.
I recently stopped in and saw them about a cheap RV for me to stay in while I’m working in Little Rock. After looking around and seeing their inventory I found one that I thought may be out of my price range. My salesman said that he would let me talk to the finance guy, John, and see if there was something that could be worked out. Gerry and I would like to thank Chris and Randy fo all their help yesterday for fixing our roof vents on our hired rv .they were very friendly and professional. Specie thanks to Randy for recommending Hot Springs to visit . such a lovely place even in the rain .
Had a great experience when we purchased our travel trailer from Mayflower RV last year, and they continue to go above and beyond with all our needs. They just helped us ensure our hitch was adjusted properly for our new tow vehicle, and answered all our questions. Service manager Chris is so knowledgeable and the nicest guy ever! Highly recommend them if you’re in the market to purchase or in need of service.
We had a great experience buying our first new camper from Mayflower RV. Randy showed us the different campers in the price range we wanted and Jon helped get us great deal and made sure we we're happy with our purchase and it went smooth. Jon followed up with helping ensure we left happy campers. Tommy was amazing in the service department. He made sure we were well informed about everything and all the how to's. I am a few months late on this review. Sorry, I’ve been busy the last few months. So here goes...sorry for the delay.
