Had a great experience at Mayflower RV. Matt was helpful and answered all our questions based on our needs. Chris did a fantastic job showing us all we needed to know to make our camping experience great. He was very patient with all our questions and gave us many helpful pointers. On October, 2016 my wife and I purchased a 2017 Keystone Outback from Mayflower RV in Sherwood, AR. Upon looking at the unit one of the refrigerator panels on the door had slid down. The salesman assured me this would be corrected upon picking up the unit. We had the unit for one trip and the panel of the refrigerator door slid down again. they need to get some techs that know what they are doing. they had mine a week before I picked it up,,,no bulb above stove,no hooks on the safety chain. battery was dead,no battery in smoke alarm(in the package in trailer)and just flat out lied to me about the hot water being checked out. asked if the tv worked they didnt know never tried it out. ,the TV was not ready to go no remote found it under the bed they said 30 to 45 minutes after I arrived to pick it up I finally left 3 hrs later, no hot water no safety hook,, ther... read more
this is the shadiest rv dealership in Arkansas. they tell you they will fix everything but at the same time they say i have to order that part but they never call and say part is in or when it does come in they tell you that it your cost not their's. I really think Mr. Danny Brown should be ashamed of the shady people he has working at his Sherwood location. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a camper you make Mayflower RV your first stop. My wife and I had purchased ours out of state and we had a problem with it. They were more than happy to help us even though we didn’t buy it from them. They are truly amazing people, Sam and Jenni Breeding are the nicest people you will ever want to talk to. Just want to send a huge shoutout to my salesman Randy as well as Jenny and Sam from Service. Mayflower has some of the absolute best service after the sale relations. I was at a location a state away from home and was having issues with my fifth wheel. I called Randy and he got in touch with his service team and ask them to give me a call and see how they could assist. They were thorough and walked me through my issue and got me fixed up.
