As a tenant it was not good I called different days about the smoke detector cause I changed the batteries and it was still beeping and then it’s dirty near the dumpster and surrounding areas not the big part tho and the trash cans remain full for days they raised rent and barley check if everything needs work or maintenance tow truck for parking spots doesn’t come around as often
