Overall the management is nice, but not professional. Nicole acts very nice, but she will lie whenever it benefits her(which happened multiple times). She told us many lies dealing with her. We had negotiated a rate for a penthouse based on a 4br on air bnb. She tried to tell us the didnt do monthly rentals yet it clearly said to ask about the monthly rentals on their website. very convoluted process and lots of misinformation. . Beautiful community! I loved the customer service that I experienced with Nicole. She is incredibly professional and goes out of her way to make me feel at home. Mayflower may be an older building, however it's cozy and a landmark here on the East Coast. The community really makes me feel at home and it's always nice to be able to see the ocean on a daily basis. The staff here at Mayflower Apartments is completely professional and their hard work does not get unnoticed. They all deserve the best and a kind community helps... read more
The management and maintenance teams are careless and unresponsive. Worst living experience ever!!! I moved into Mayflower on 08/28/20 and the apartment was not cleaned prior to my move, which is great to know that the property had zero COVID-19 cleaning guidelines or checklist let alone a standard operational checklist to ensure units were properly prepared. I had to do my own deep clean which took me about 4 hours. My reward was a $80 credit to my $1300+ rent which was not much of a difference after they added all the util... read more
