The reception staff are absolutely brilliant, and doctor zahra is absolutely fantastic, She’s extremely Caring and goes out of her way to make sure you’re ok and get you the help you need, and takes the time to actually explain everything in detail. I’d definitely recommend this doctors practice
I haven’t seen a doctor here for some time but past experiences have been pretty awful.. One time I saw a doctor to get a referral for a plastic surgeon to have some scar revision done on scars that appeared indinted as a result of open heart surgery as a child. On the referral letter the doctor literally wrote for correction of “ugly” scars. Who writes that on a professional document.. I cried in my car on the way home.
Could not ask for more kind and helpful ladies in reception, think the world of them. This practice has been having difficulty getting doctorate stay after accreditation but the ones that remain do their best..
I booked my appoinment 3 weeks in advance for the 14th of Dec. I called 3hrs before to confirm the appointment, the answering machine lets me know the practice is closed on Saturdays. The receptionist booked me in for a day the practice was closed. Be warned, theyll still book you in and waste your time. Make sure the receptionist doesnt book your appointment for a Saturday.
Corrupt doctors.One of them has lied about one of her patients having diabetes for 3 years.No insulin and still alive.Stay away from this medical centre.Also lied to about having a fatty liver.I am not obese.
