This service has always been great. Timely, professional and not expensive.
Please do not ever use this company. My dad got a new unit from him four years ago and it broke last Wednesday. He called John multiple times leaving messages. When he finally called back, he said he couldn’t make it until Monday to get out there but would send someone to look at it. Well, Friday came and no one had come by so called again and had to leave a message asking when on Monday he would be by. John finally called back to say that my dad should find someone else and he didn’t have time. It’s totally unprofessional.
