Not user friendly. They are extremely hard to schedule with. It seems that they do not have a central scheduler so it must be up to each individual therapist to schedule themselves? They must have assigned me a therapist who is not good at scheduling because no one is reaching out and when I call the mainline to followup no one has been calling me back. People listened to me, worked with me, were approachable, honest, and helpful.
Mayfield is amazing. They go above and beyond for you. They have an incredible passion for this city and its youth. I'm so thankful for them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
