During the moving out process management let themselves into our apartment without permission for walk throughs, and would give us less than 50 mins notice for showings of our apartment. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
New management as of recent and they're responsive. Maintenance guys are great and work fast. Laundry room was redone this summer. Very pleased with the changes
I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Do not apply here and do not rent .. I applied 3 weeks ago.. there’s nobody to talk to they don’t respond to you till weeks later. They denied my application saying my bank didn’t have funds in it to pay the move in fee… WHAT!!!! Never stated that in the details to apply. How are you going to tell me what I have and don’t have … they are fraud!!!!! And I will be reporting.. I found out I was moving from Florida to Indiana, due to a job opportunity/promotion, two weeks before my start date. For my career, these moves are not unheard of and all I heard from my peers was how they had so much trouble, gotten scammed, ended up in horrible areas and so on.
