Very bad maintenance, on ruins, LAKE JACKSON MANAGEMENT doing a very POOR WORK, no too much investment seem, but they ask for a lot of money for the rent. Appliances very old, dirty, ugly. If you call they may provide a price for the rent but later on they double the price if you are rushing on need of an very small apartment. NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL FOR RENTING BY ANY CHANCE !! Trash around the place, broke stairs and corroded, broken corroded doors, the doors do not lock well, dirty and trash everywhere, no laundry, no phone... read more
