No solution for parking issues for over 2.5 years of living here. Terrible problem solving skills from management, don't take residents into consideration.
Edited my review. I give three stars because on site management was wonderful and helpful. Unable to give five stars because of upper management and lack of compassion during the coronavirus pandemic. Their reaction was disappointing, but I understand onsite management has no say in this.
I am planning on moving closer to work in the next few months & was considering Mayfair as it is all of 15 minutes from my work. Jackson was quick to respond via email, ask a few questions, and schedule a viewing (just checked my email to see who wasted my time). A) He never actually put me on the calendar. B) When I said I had a dog in the email he never asked what breed to verify if they would even LET me move in with her....but at the less than 5 minute quick sit down that was the FIRST thing he asked & checked. This place is stunning and immaculate. It's beautifully decorated and modern. I was greeted immediately by Katrina and we sat down and discussed what I was looking for. She was a great listener and made me feel immediately at home. I really enjoyed talking to her. There was no pretense or hard sell. The entire process was organized and I felt immediately at home. 6+ month resident. Dirtiest building I have ever lived in. Vehicle towed although I pay for parking. Property management illegally unlocked my apartment door without my consent. Katrina (management) is dull, monotone, and is not excited to meet you. The place is extremely small for such a steep price. Appliances are used and not modern. The hallways smell like urine and feces; stairwells even worse. Complaint resolution is watered down and most of the time laughed about behind closed doors.
