I've lived here since 2014; so far it's been a good experience with the staff and management. They are accommodating with me and have created a warm, welcoming environment, so I don't plan on moving anytime soon. It is quite central to all I needed and for walking my dog.
Genuinely the worst place on earth, only come live here if you don’t care about your happiness, or if you enjoy cohabiting with creepy crawlers, and poor management (capreit)
Constant let sales people set up in the lobby to pester you while waiting for the elevator. Not something I appreciate after a long days work. Lots of stoners in the building so your apartment always smells like weed.
I enjoy living here the pool and sauna are great the staff are very approachable work has always been completed on time
