My experience at Mayfair Place has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to unprofessional management and exorbitant rent increases that occurred monthly without clear justification. Appliances were replaced with cheap, inadequate alternatives, and necessary repairs like painting were left unfinished or done shoddily with "duct tape" fixes. I would not recommend applying for an apartment here. Terrible customer service and building is in bad condition
The office girls are always so kind and helpful. I really appreciate everything they have done for us. The building comes with lots of amenities and parking. Would definitely recommend as a place to live.
Constant let sales people set up in the lobby to pester you while waiting for the elevator. Not something I appreciate after a long days work
