I live in a senior apartment complex managed by Mayfair Management and the treatment of residents borders on the absurd. They regularly send out inspectors to inspect individual units for no reason other than they can, and have recently informed me that I must purchase the services of a cleaning service because my cleaning efforts are insufficient. Yes, my apartment is messy, so what, are you my mother?

It's like living in a dirty ashtray in an old bingo parlor even though it is specifically stated in the lease contract that it is a "Smoke Free" community and smoking is prohibited.
