Excellent appointment with melanie
Been a new client for one month and I still cannot send any message to anybody in this office or my own PCP via the FollowMyHealth portal. Replying is not an option either. I can't ask questions about my tests, can't discuss referrals, etc. I contacted FollowMyHealth support (which is terrible), and they are telling me it's on Mayfair's side--I have told them as much for weeks, but no resolution so far. I recommend you pick an office that use MyChart or any other portal.
