To the point- they rush the completion of each home over quality because they are more interested in getting the money for themselves and their investors instead of providing a good home to the buyer. Yes, things will be covered by warranty but I kid you not…I’ve had 53 repair appointments! FIFTY THREE!! Some items took several appointments and others took one or two.
