My name is Khysum Rhodes, I have contacted the office several time with no results. The old manager told me this apartment had water problems it flooded and ruined the tile on the floor and it was never fixed. She made all kinds of allegation that wasn’t true. I wish I could give zero stars. ”New management” is worse than the first. Side of the building has been messed up for over a month. Siding smacks against the brick wall causing loud noises all day and night long. Office has done nothing. Maintenance can’t even pick up the siding off of the ground that fell off the building. There are pot holes all around the parking lot that were not fixed before they put up a pointless fence to block off an exit that people use to get out of our own neighborhood.
