Dr. Tydeman has been our family dentist for a few years now, and we would never consider going anywhere else. Everyone in the office is courteous, friendly, and professional. Dr. Tydeman, or "Dr. Ian" as my 5-year-old calls him, is the best. My daughter gets very excited to go to the dentist, she likes him so much! I think Dr. Tydeman rocks! My two kids and I are all so happy we found this office. My son has a mental disability and Dr. Tydeman works so well with him! Dr. T is patient, cheerful and treats my son with dignity--he is great with teens. My teenage daughter is also a huge fan. The office staff work directly with her to schedule appointments because they "get" how busy teenagers are and work with her to find times that work. From setting your appointment to billing to all the stuff that supposed to be painful in the middle Mayerle + Tydeman understands what the patient is going through and works hard to make it the best experience. You always feel welcome, they respect your time, and they stand 100% behind their work. If its not right for you it's not right for them. There is no need to look further for a dentist than their team.
I had never been there before, didn't have an appointment, and showed up minutes after they had closed for the day. They welcomed me in, took a look at my mouth, and helped me out right away. What amazing service! They made me feel as if I was their best client (even though we had never met before) and took as much time as I needed......after hours.....to help me. I would highly recommend Dr. Tydeman to everyone!
