The staff at Mayerle and Tideman Dental are great - friendly and caring.
Had a checkup yesterday and was obviously NOT looking forward to the visit. I was pleased by every aspect of the office. The team works well together and even though I dread having x-Rays taken of my teeth, they did a superb job with me! The dentist was very nice and engaging and it felt like we were old friends even though I had just met him.
The staff always takes the time to get to know me and remembers everything we chat about from past visits. It means a lot when the staff knows and cares. Tonya is great, really knows her job and is so personable. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
It always seems as if I am the ER patient having to call not during regular office hours. However, I have never felt like I have not been a priority. I find this refreshing Dr. Tydeman has an excellent memory! Dr. Mayerle is always flashing a smile and is very receptive to all of my dental needs. I wish I could say that I get this kind of service in dealing with all doctors.
