The management office runs as if we are still in the 1980s without technology. Their archaic slip-a-bill-under-the-door system with no online pay option is a nuisance. One might overlook the analog system if they at least had good customer service. Instead, no one ever answers the phone during their alleged office hours, there's no customer service email and office staff names I used in the past, no longer respond. It's entirely inconceivable how they' call themselves a management company.

Does anyone know how to get through to these people at Mayerhauser? I've been trying for the past year to get a simple answer on my maintenance. I have not heard a peep from these people!!!!

I have been trying to contact management for approximately 5 months without ANY response (email or phone call). They charge extra fees and aren’t able to provide an explanation when asked; when asked for support they say they will provide support but then they don’t follow through. Invoices are slipped under a door and can’t be mailed. Only have a few days to submit payment. And the list could go on and on.
