Highly recommended! Harlan helped me buy my first investment property, a residential triplex in Troutdale, OR. Harlan works fast and brings a ton of experience (both in general terms and around investment property specifically). Communication was great, calls/text messages always promptly returned. I felt totally comfortable with his negotiation skills and was glad to have him on my team as we worked through the escrow process. Harlan helped me get a fantastic deal on a house I love, close in, for well below the asking (and the appraised) price. His honesty and experience kept me from making mistakes on houses I would come to agree were not good opportunities. He was great to work with. His knowledge of the local market and all of the real estate hoops to jump through really put me at ease throughout the process. This was true when I bought my first house almost eight years ago and again when I came back to him this year.

As a first-time home buyer I did not know exactly what to expect from a realtor in general and from a buyer's agent in particular.
