RecommendedThe office is always extremely responsive to emails and wonderful about helping to take care of you. I have been going to them for as long as I can remember. The staff is all wonderful. Even when my grandmother, who was also their patient, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s they worked hard to get the right medicine to face each step of the disease. My mother, his patient, died on Oct 3, 2018 of an OD because of and from the drugs (ativan, suboxone, bp med, etc) prescribed to her FOR years. She was an addict and our family (over 5 years ago) told him this and that she was DANGEROUSLY abusing the drugs HE was prescribing to her for many YEARS. Then, she ODd in Feb 2015 and suffered multi organ failure and coma from these drugs he kept prescribing for her. The billing department has the WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL staffing. They have been calling me about my bill which is insurance related, and could have been easily resolve if they called my insurance, but they didn't!? I have to call both my insurance and the hospital to help bridge the communication! They also have been calling me for the past 2 years for the same claim which have already been resolve the past year! And when they got tired of communicating with me, they sent my account to the DEBT COLLECTION!!!!Very UNPROFFES... read more
