There's a reason I choose Nathan Littauer over St. Mary's for everything!! I was supposed to have an ultrasound scheduled Friday by primary care for this week to look at my liver which is currently being damaged by God knows what. when u cut your finger wide open at work it shouldn't take over an hour to see the Dr.
I delivered my 2nd baby here last week. Throughout my entire 2 day stay there was no hot water in the sinks or showers. The water to fill the perineal bottle was always cold. When I asked to take a shower, the nurse had to let the shower run down the hall for 40 minutes before I could get in and the water never got above lukewarm. I was told by the nurse that they haven’t had hot water in months and they are fighting with administration. I don’t recommend this hospital at all!! Both of my grandparents have been in here for major surgeries and the way you treated them and still are treating my grandfather is beyond disgusting to me. Patient care and needs is always first!!! Whatever the family or patient asks for, you should do. That’s your job title!!! Period. I’m mortified and you will never get another referral from me ever again

RecommendedI was there last night & they took care of me. Thank you to all of staff that was helping. The EMS did a great job also. I drive a truck and it didn’t take for about one word from me and they knew I was from the south 😂. When I was waiting for cab out side one of the staff walked by & told me good luck. Most of the time a person getting off work is only got one thing on their mind is to get out of this place. The staff does care about others. Thank you again 🤓👍 Phillip
The ER department is absolutely atrocious!!!!! They have ZERO compassion for anyone! Pregnant woman beware. They let my daughter sit there 4 hours having a miscarriage and suffer, and today having problems with another high risk pregnancy. They are supposed to call the obgyn Dr when we arrive and never do! . They take people out of ambulance and stuff them in waiting room like trash. The waiting room and other rooms are very dirty as well. They even chased my daughter and myself outside when we left accusing my daughter bein... read more
