I would be leary of this company. I had previously ordered an a/c unit for my RV. My existing unit began blowing warm air. I wanted to confirm there was nothing that could be done to the existing unit to prolong its life. I was charged an $85 service call fee - no problem, I completely understand this charge. I was also charged a $169 diagnosis fee. This took all of about 5-10 mins and I was told the freon had leaked out and I needed a new unit. So the total charge was $280+ for a 5-10 min diagnosis.
