Doctor is good but dealing with office staff is pain in the butt. Doctor never called me to discuss results of my tests and rude staff member hung up the phone. I will not visit Overlook Hospital facility. Doctor said in the last visit that she could not do anything else and office staff wants me to go to hospital and hear from doctor that go to so and so specialist for further evaluation.
