Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

While the office and waiting room were very well cared for, I waited for over 45 minutes past my scheduled appt time before I finally gave up and walked out. I was asked to be there 30 min prior to my appt to fill out the required paperwork so I would be ready to see the Dr at my scheduled time. My scheduled time came and went, about 15 minutes after my scheduled time, I was taken back to have my Ht/Wt, BP and pulse taken, and then left again to wait.
