I would recommend this office to everyone. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? The main reason why I felt dissatisfied was because I felt like I was being suspected of being a drug seeker rather than a patient. My first words to the doctor were that I did not want any opiod medications because I did not feel my headaches, knee and shoulder pains (all caused during my time in the military) warranted any reason to take them. What the doctor, or more specifically his PA, heard was that I wanted drugs. The only medication that I asked for was Adderall for ADD, and he told me that he couldn't prescribe it. ... read more

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
