Great plans and home layouts. Subpar workmanship and horrible warranty program. Tile in shower uneven, trim unfinished and grouted in drain so could not unscrew. Backing up due to construction waste being put in drain. Padding stapled in areas, creating indents and uneven carpet feel throughout house. Water leak at 14 months after warranty flooded upstairs bathroom and surrounding areas due to missing plumbing connector. Warranty work a constant fight and you have to do all the work and follow-up to get things finished.
