It has been a very long time since I have felt heard. And an even longer time since I’ve felt comfortable to be honest and open with a stranger. I appreciate Jan and her way of being. She made me comfortable immediately. As a visibly queer person in a county that is so incredibly stuck in 1994. It was refreshing to know that I was in a safe space. This is a wonderful place to go. Jan is so caring and knows exactly what medicine to prescribe. Everyone there is so helpful and caring.
