Maya's is wonderful! Not only is the food authentic, the staff is outstanding! Especially Angelo!
I came to love this type of cooking many years ago, while living in a small Spanish town in northern New Mexico. Maya's has the most authentic dishes I've tasted since leaving that region almost 30 years ago. There's only one dish missing. Sopapillas, like the ones served at Rancho de Chimayo.
Best fresh chips n salsa in town! Service is always great. I recomend The Mayan Burrito, Its my fave!:)
