I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
