This doctor is rude and condescending. She should not be providing care for elderly patients. She entered my mother's room in the Kaiser emergency room with her purse on her shoulder. I guess this was a quick "pit stop." She was dismissive and behaved as if she was annoyed because she had to admit my 95 year old mother to the hospital for a UTI. She suggested that it was a waste of Kaiser resources. She told me that I shouldn't be bringing her to Kaiser and suggested limited treatment from home, Palliative care. I told her t... read more
Dr. Mitchell is honestly so great. My doctor wasn't available that day and I didn't know what to expect, I also came in super sick with food poisoning as well and she was so kind, compassionate, informative, patient. I was so relieved by her bedside manner. She even took time to see me again later after there was a mix up with the lab department and was so gracious about it. I can't recommend her enough. I'd give her 6 stars if it was an option.
