Poor quality or design and inability to make things right for loyal customers. Purchased the 16" sequence chain for my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. At 4 months the chain somehow got a kink in it after normal wear. We believe my wife fell asleep with it on. Customer service offered to replace at a discount but were unwilling to replace the item completely or repair it, because apparently that chain cannot be repaired (unbeknownst to me). My favourite independent jewellery brand, I find myself constantly perusing the MB website to check out their gorgeous pieces. Updated - after I wrote a review someone reached out and helped with an exchange. Bummer that that is what it took but still an improvement! bought a rose gold necklace from here that gives me a terrible rash. i wear almost exclusively rose gold jewelry and never had an issue. i reached out asking for an exchange or return and they said "you must have a rose gold allergy" and haven't responded to my email since. please be careful if you think anything could go wrong with your order as they will blame you and not engage with ... read more
