Misleading availability. Was advertising availability, told availability, appointments, scheduled, then canceled everything stating nothing available. Failed to return calls.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. I tried to call and request a refill I was told that I couldn't get one because my provider left and I have to reschedule with a new provider which won't be until end of February. When asked why I wasn't informed that my provider left, the receptionist told me that they probably emailed me that it's my fault I didn't answer. Now I am expected to go a month with no medication for their mistakes! No wonder all their providers are leaving.
Great mental health counseling practice!
I go here for primary care and they are so responsive and caring and accommodating!!
