Their receiptionist/Concierges are ridiculous. They sat there and watched everthing, then when delivery/shipper reach to them, they told you leave it there and said "we are not responsible to any lost"
Our go to place for grocery
The security guards at the reception are ridiculous. They are keeping our packages and saying that “THEY LOST IT/RETURNED IT”. They are lying on our faces and keeping the package. Why accept the parcel in first place if they won’t give it to us? I see they got a big pocket, I would ask them to PAY THE MONEY FOR OUR PARCELS THEN. I hope the MANAGEMENT takes ACTION!!!
