Sam was very professional. The custom ring I ordered was done quickly and exceeded expectations. I will not hesitate to ever use May Jewelers, Shelby NC again
Absolutely not happy! I took three very important pieces of jewelry to be repaired/strengthened, as two pieces had worn thin and snapped and I was afraid of the same happening to the third. I specifically asked for gold to be added to the pieces to make them stronger and explained that when I’m nervous, I often run my charms along my chain and that’s why they had gotten weak and snapped, and that I want to make sure they don’t do it again anytime soon.
