the older lady in there with the drawn on eyebrows is about as bright as a dead lightbulb. she gave me back my gold and said it wasn’t real. i then asked her to acid test my gold because i KNOW it’s real due to me acid testing my gold myself prior, and she still said it was fake.
If I could have given this place no stars I would’ve! I purchased this bracelet from May Jewelers around July 11th for my birthday and I have been back over 3 times because the bracelet won’t stay closed. These gentlemen stated it’s not their problem. They claim it’s the way that the bracelet is made. This should’ve been explained to me while I was making a purchase.
