If I could have given this place no stars I would’ve! I purchased this bracelet from May Jewelers around July 11th for my birthday and I have been back over 3 times because the bracelet won’t stay closed. These gentlemen stated it’s not their problem. They claim it’s the way that the bracelet is made. This should’ve been explained to me while I was making a purchase. I have a simple heart beat to put on a bracelet for my grandmother even sent them a picture and theu messed it up so it looks like a heartattack instead if you can't do do say you can and don't charge 149 dollars for it cause now I won't be able to give my grandmother another one just one with they scribbling on it
