Some non verbal guy rang my doorbell. When I came to the door he was in the driveway standing next to his truck. When I asked him from the front porch who he was he just pointed to the truck. I told him i never heard of the company. He just kept pointing at the truck. When I approached him he started walking backwards waving a clipboard at me. I just walked away thinking I should call the police. He then drove off. PRETTY CREEPY. Please stay off my property and never contact us again.
I had the company attempt to contact me and claimed that they not only inspected but treated my property. There was no contract or anything signed that after the seller sold me their home that I wanted an inspection done or any treatment. after a very aggravating conversation with them trying to tell me that I owe them money I would never use this company. I bought a house 3 months ago. Just had my free pest spray on the 19th (1 week ago) and i feel like whatever was used did NOT help at all and may have made things worse. I have seen an increase in those huge roaches since the spray, so much that there is more activity in the past week frkm them than I have seen in the 3 months of living here. I've had an account with them since 2003. I always pay on time or prepay. Today I had an appointment for 3-4pm and no one showed up. When I called to inquire closer to 5pm, I was told that they were running late. They did not call to notify me. I was hung up on twice when I asked for a refund. I was also threatened with a cancellation of contract because I didn't want to pay until I knew when I could reschedule due to their error. We had a flea treatment done today as our move out inspection requires it to be done. Keith was our technician and he was extremely thorough and such a gentleman. Thanks for the awesome service!
