The owner was shown a pics of what style I wanted and I also discussed it with her at the beginning of my appointment. She just did whatever style she wanted without discussing it with me, saying she couldn't do it because of my hair type, that fine, but she should have told me that at the beginning of the appointment and let me choice something different.
