This is mainly regarding their “Escrow” department. Just God awful. Closed on our home May 1st. Moved in at the end of May. Come to find out that HOA did not even have the title or were aware of the new owners. Emailed and called Jessica Olivarria what seemed for almost a month and of course to no avail.
