Max Sandoval was the seller’s agent on a property that had unpermitted work that was not disclosed until the last minute seller’s disclosures, which were late. When we requested that the unpermitted work be inspected and have the permits issued he agreed. Then his seller failed to do as they promised. This is mainly regarding their “Escrow” department. Just God awful. Closed on our home May 1st. Moved in at the end of May. Come to find out that HOA did not even have the title or were aware of the new owners. Emailed and called Jessica Olivarria what seemed for almost a month and of course to no avail. Our HOA ended up pulling through for us instead. We dealt with this broad during the signing of paperwork and that as well was awful. Drove almost 2 hours that day and not a greeting upon meeting.
