Maxxi, have serious administrative deficiencies. I received an email from Maxxi that stated "you will be required to utilise your balance by 16/04/2025" giving 6 days to use the balance, the next statement was "If we do not receive instruction within 10 business days". This contradictory statement was then compounded by the actions of Maxxi where they decided to take action before the 6 days. Maxxi took 1 years of fees for 10 days of service, $164.73.
