I had some structural issues in my crawlspace and had 5-6 different companies provide quotes that ranged from $16k to $34k and one was $750. None agreed on the same repair. One didn’t allow me to finish telling him my concerns which was the $750 quote. I was confused why they all wanted to put in so many piers or jacks when their websites don’t show them so close together. I had been aware of Maxwell team for many years. So when it became time to build our retirement home near Kentucky Lake I knew who to call. After I received our house plans we met with MRC to go over the plan and to look at the lot we were building on. We met at our property and picked the best spot to put house and left the plans with them to quote. MRC has completed a number of jobs for me and my family. We have utilized them for numerous new construction projects as well as a restoration services, with one being a large scale project that they showed up to after hours in order to get the repair process started.
