Had a simple issue found and explained in five minutes. So, I asked him to take a look at the toilet rocking. He spent the next hour and a half correcting that issue and we are so happy now. He was very kind and professional. He had a five minute call turn into something bigger and didn’t complain.
Not sure about their work, but one of their vans was doing 80 down new Warrington. The guy was tailgating me and running his brights behind me on gulf beach highway around 5:45. He Kept positioning his van in my mirrors and Cut several people off. Going home ain't that serious. I imagine if an installer doesn't respect the safety of others around them while driving he dang sure ain't going to respect his job site or his clients.
We had a leak on the bathtub faucet and they were sooo timely they were extremely nice they even fixed the clogged up drain! Definitely hoping my property management sticks with these guys!
Remarkable service. Raymond was on time, incredibly efficient and and very kind and courteous. They will be on my permanent list of vendors.
We had Maxwell to the house twice over the past 2 weeks. First week was to connect to our gas line for a gas range. 2 weeks later we had them come back to rough in for an additional bar sink. Raymond was exceptional. Answered all questions we may have had. Helped use as we were working with new kitchen appliances and all of these appliances were not simple. Install instructions sucked but that’s another story. Highly recommend Raymond and Maxwell plumbing
