Love this fabulous doctor and his staff
I've never been attended by Dr. Maxwell. It's always been with one of the PA's which are all great. The office staff is very concerned, reliable and efficient. I love going there!
Can’t say much about Dr. Maxwell since I’ve never met him and I’ve only seen his physicians assistants. The quality of care is mediocre. Communication can improve because I only get the receptionist to answer my medical questions even when I’ve requested to speak to a nurse or the physician assistant. When I finally got a nurse on the line she was very rude and unprofessional. I will be searching for another medical clinic for my serious health issues. But does a good doctor even exists these days? Not in Florida.
Overall Incompetent staff. Had blood drawn after going in for a flu shot for a preventative visit and saw on the portal that my cholesterol was 245. They never called me to discuss that, but the PA said something about it at my next years visit for that flu shot. Now they charged my insurance for a "follow up" visit because he "mentioned cholesterol" which is also now giving me a copay. I have been seeing Dr Maxwell for several years and each time I feel healthier when I leave. His personality and upbeat demeanor are a welcome change from some other physicians. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows in his work.
Dr Maxwell take his time to get to know you. He listens and reacts properly to your problems. So far he has been so helpful to both my husband and myself. We truly appreciate and recommend him
Have been a patient of Dr. Maxwell for just over 26 years. He is the kind of Dr. you can talk to & he takes the time to talk to you. I have recommended him to many of my friends as well as to some of his other providers. His staff is friendly & efficient, they know you when you walk in and call you by name. They tend to your needs. In my opinion you cannot find a better Dr or practice.

Dr. Maxwell is a caring, compassionate, and trustworthy doctor. He takes time to listen and assess my concerns and needs. He explains diagnosis, course of treatment, and procedures with details. For 15 years he has had the right diagnosis and treatment for me and other family members.
