I had my first visit today and was impressed with the office staff and Dr MacCollum. I did my paperwork online prior to the appointment. My appointment was at 2:15. I arrived at 2 PM. They had me back by 2:17. Dr. MacCollum was with me by about 2:25. Had x-rays done reviewed and my visit was completed by about 3 o’clock, overall very efficient process and enjoyed the interaction with the doctor and his staff.
I am very pleased with my visit. This doctor was thorough, friendly, and seemed concerned about my issue and knowledgeable.
