Mark refinished all the hardwood flooring on our main floor. The finished product came out great. Mark was extremely easy to work with. He is punctual and very responsive to any questions. During our renovation we had an issue with the heat going out in our house which impacted the floor refinishing, but Mark was able to work with us on scheduling and get back on track once we resolved the heat issue. Our floors look amazing! Super flexible with our scheduling and fit us in last minute. Can't even tell where the patching was done. Very reasonable pricing. Highly reccomend.
Mark does an awesome job! His work, communication, timeliness per stated schedules all exceed expectations.
Mark was easy to work with: responsive to communications, showed up on time and finished as predicted and the floors are beautiful!
Update- After he finished the floors, our house flooded and the floors needed to be redone. He went above and beyond to help us and was so kind. Also, the floors still look beautiful. Mark did an excellent job on refinish/replacing our floors. He was efficient and stuck to his timeline. We also replaced tile for new wood floors and it flows seamlessly into the original wood floor.
