Outstanding customer service from the service center
The entire service department is a disaster. John, the manager, is demonstrably incompetent and the service advisors are no different. I have given them three chances after mistakenly buying a vehicle here and they have botched every single thing. They don’t know the service schedules, they don’t order parts properly, they make charge errors and then pretend to be ignorant when called on it, and then they’re terribly rude when asked to fix all their mistakes. Wouldn’t trust these people with a dead dog. Will pull the rug out from under you and lie to you throughout the entire process. Would recommend letting your car break down and buying a bike before dealing with Maxwell Ford.
