John Evans is an absolute legend! He is always so friendly, informative, and professional! DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT MAXXWEL FORD! I needed an additional key for my vehicle, so I went in to Maxxwell Ford to get one.. the price was ridiculous in the first place, but I needed an actual ford dealer issued key.. After checking prices, they had the "cheapest price"... but in the end, after waiting around for 4 hours.. They charged me $343, handed me a key, and told me they couldn't figure out how to program it.. so it doesn't work.... I told him "but it doesn't work" im not paying for that... Worst service and management i have ever experienced. Was told to go to another dealership for my service after they sold me a warranty that they would not even except to fix my vehicle. My truck was left with trash in it upon pick up and some other clients personal belongings were also left inside. No excuse for how rude management was to me after ripping me off.
