Update: It took a few days but Maxwell Ford delivered the exact terms that they had initially proposed. The sales department is deceptive. They kept me there for almost 5 hours by making an offer that they refused to honor when it came time to sign. BEWARE! Sales Manager Scott Robinson may not be able to deliver what he will have you agree to. Incredible waste of a day.
The customer service was second to none! I am looking forward to my new visit.

Their service representative Mario was kind and professional. I will seek him out the next time I have a problem. Picking up a washed truck waiting for me at the front was a memorable experience. It was like I was getting a new car. Overall best dealership service experience I can remember.

I felt the sevice was outstanding. One of your sales persons drove the car I wanted to look at half way to meet me so that I would not have to drive all the way to Austin to see the car. I have never had that happen before.
