Lady on phone was absolutely NO help, somewhat bothered, and mostly unwilling to assist me with searching for auto/home and umbrella insurance. Then I just called a nationally known insurance company directly and immediately received excellent insurance advice and great bundled policy rates. She was a huge disappointment and a totally aggravating waste of time.

An unmitigated waste of time! I phoned to shop for a change in my auto/homeowners bundle with this 'agent' who featured (from the beginning of the call) a curiously negative 'runaround' routine that included unwitting advice and a relentless, devised unwillingness to even assist me from repeatedly espousing irrelevant, opinionated, dubious digs toward new state of NC insurance regulations to several tedious and unnecessary hurdles she had obviously crafted to avoid any meaningful policy changes assistance whatsoever!
